CQC consultancy for dental practices
Clinician-led mock inspections and compliance support for dental practices that want more than a pass.
Our view
Most practices deliver excellent care. Where they fall short is the evidence: an audit never re-run, a policy no one has read, a complaint closed without a written outcome.
We assess your practice exactly as an inspector would, find those gaps first, and put lasting systems in place so your team can carry on without disruption.
What we assess
Every engagement follows CQC's own framework, so nothing is left to interpretation on the day.
Decontamination, sharps, medical emergencies, radiography, safeguarding and recruitment checks.
Clinical records, consent, recall intervals, referral tracking and staff competence.
Privacy and dignity, patient feedback, and how your team supports anxious patients.
Access, waiting times, reasonable adjustments and complaints handling.
Governance, policies, audit cycles, team culture and how leaders act on findings.
Services
Signature service

The founder
I began my career as a dental nurse, so I understand a busy clinical day from the chair. I went on to become a dental practice manager, running two practices at the same time and leading practices to Outstanding CQC ratings.
I know what inspectors look for, and what it takes for a team to deliver it alongside a full patient list.
Today I lead mock inspections and help other practices get their Outstanding.

Yes. CQC standards apply equally to both, and we work with NHS, private and mixed practices.
No. We plan around your diary. Most of the review takes place away from clinical areas, and staff conversations are brief.
Each service has a fixed fee based on the number of surgeries and sites. You'll receive a written quote after your consultation, before any work begins.
